Sharon Lapkoff used to be an ultra runner. Now, she's the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Women's Masters 60+ champion. 

"CrossFitting just kinda broke up the monotony, hum drum having to go out and run everyday," Lapkoff says of her CrossFit beginnings. 

Lapkoff won four of the six Masters events to take first overall in her division.
