For the fittest man on Earth, life is pretty normal: a wife, a dog, a house.
In Part 2, the 25-year-old reveals that he’s a nervous wreck before competitions.
“I hate it. I hate competing. I don’t know why I do it,” he says.
But as soon as he hears the word “Go!” the nerves vanish.
“There’s no butterflies. You’re just kind of in that zone,” he explains. “And then after it, you feel great—if you did decent.”
