CrossFit Games Update host Sean Woodland catches up with Jonne Koski, member of the Europe Team, sponsored by Reebok. The two talk about Koski moving on from his coach—2009 CrossFit Games champion Mikko Salo—as well as the upcoming Invitational in Spain where Koski will be the youngest competitor. 

This year's event will take place from 4-6 p.m. CET, Sunday, Dec. 6., at the Caja Mágica in Madrid.
