CrossFit Ann Arbor owner and coach Doug Chapman had a handful of athletes qualify for the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games. Chapman, who is also a Level 1 Seminar Staff member, tells his athletes they all need to choose their own paths. 

"I often use that terminology because each athlete's different, they're all special," he says. "They all have different idiosyncrasies ... different athletic backgrounds."

With Julie Foucher by his side, the goal is to provide calm and supportive coaching.
