Rory McKernan sits down with CrossFit Games Director Dave Castro as the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games approach in just a few weeks. 

Castro has been involved with the CrossFit Games since its inaugrual year in 2007 when it was held at his family's ranch in Aromas, California. Here, Castro discusses the history, the growth and what might come up this year.
