Team Information
Range of Motion is a forever evolving business actively pursuing and growing a range of exercise and health related enterprises. The four branches of our business deliver individuals to health along a continuum of sickness, wellness and fitness. The primary difference of our CrossFit Branch is our focus on individualised exercise prescription and one-on-one consultations, not an open source class or group training model.
