Thursday, May 30: Set-up and Athlete Registration
Athletes
3 - 7 p.m. - Athlete registration (mandatory).
Note: Athletes must bring a government-issued ID (driver's license or military ID). Teams must register with all teammates present. There will be no registration on Friday.

8 a.m. - 7 p.m. - Event set-up. All hands on deck! If you can help we can use you.

Driving Directions
From Seattle: Take I-5 south, exit 149 (Kent/Des Moines Road) turn left (east) on Kent/Des Moines Road. Follow Kent/Des Moines Road east as it becomes Willis Street. Turn left onto 4th Avenue. From 4th Avenue, turn left on James Street; ShoWare Center will be on your right.
From Tacoma: Take I-5 north, exit 149A (Kent/Des Moines Road) turn right (east) on Kent/Des Moines Road. Follow Kent/Des Moines Road east as it becomes Willis Street. Turn left onto 4th Avenue. From 4th Avenue, turn left on James Street; ShoWare Center will be on your right.
From Bellevue/Renton: Take SR 167 (Valley Freeway) southbound, exit Willis Street. Turn left onto Willis Street, and then turn left onto 4th Avenue. From 4th Avenue, turn left on James Street; ShoWare Center will be on your right.
From North Bend: Take I-90 westbound to SR 18. Follow SR 18 to the Covington Exit. Turn right onto Kent-Kangley Road. Follow Kent-Kangley Road and turn left onto SE 256th Street. Continue down the hill which changes into Smith Street. Turn right onto 4th Avenue. From 4th Avenue, turn left on James Street; ShoWare Center will be on your right.
From Puyallup and Auburn: Take SR 167 (Valley Freeway) northbound, exit Willis Street. Turn right onto Willis Street, and then turn left onto 4th Avenue. From 4th Avenue, turn left on James Street; ShoWare Center will be on your right.
Parking
Parking is free at the venue.
Venue Information
The 2013 North West Regional will be held at the ShoWare Center. The home of the Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey Team is just 18 miles outside of Seattle in Kent, Wash.
CrossFit will transform the hockey rink into a stadium floor. With an infinity rig and an incredible amount of equipment from Rogue Fitness, the stadium will have everything one needs to test the Fittest in the North West. By the end of the weekend, the three fittest men, women, and teams from the region will be selected to represent the region in Carson, Calif.
Tickets
Tickets are on sale now on the CrossFit Games site, and will also be available at the door. Three-day passes cost $40, and single-day passes cost $15.
There is a $3.75 fee for tickets purchased online. This is a venue specific charge. Tickets purchased at the ShoWare box office either before or during regionals will not have this fee.

Venue
Parking is free at the ShoWare Center.
Kids under 12 are free. Children must be supervised at all times.
There is an ATM on site.
Food and beverages will be on sale onsite.
No pets are allowed (except service animals).
No smoking, compression air horns, or balloons inside the building.
No outside food or drink.
No BBQs or pop-up tents in the parking lot.
No overnight parking.
Athlete
Each individual athlete will receive one coach pass.
Each team will receive one coach pass.
Athletes will have access to the warm-up area, and athlete services including taping and massage, medical services, ice baths (bring your own towel), water, snacks, and a quiet area.
Volunteer and Staff
We have stopped accepting volunteers. Thanks for the overwhelming support!
If you've received an e-mail from our team, please check in each day that you've registered to volunteer.
All day volunteers will be given lunch, snacks, and water.
All volunteers are invited to the Volunteer Appreciation Party on Saturday night.
Volunteers will receive a free three-day pass.
Volunteers who work more than two full days will receive a free guest pass.
