"trainwreck!"......"pathetic!" those lines were hysterical, perfect timing. Everett wins for funniest cfgames video.
"Everett wins for funniest cfgames video" Does that come with 500 bucks like the other events?
You guys may not belive this but I've had no formal training in acting :)
No I'm afraid not, but I could always make you an Oscar out of tinfoil and paint it gold. Would this be a suitable sub for the money? :)
FYI here at Temple we have some actors who act like they have never had formal training.haha......no but seriously they really need to choose a different profession.
Hahaha - awesome!
I'd really like to see these athletes interviewed seriously and learn how they are actually training for the games. I find the humor thing kind of frustrating.
Hey Joe,
I appreciate the criticism accompanied by helpful suggestions.
It sure beats -just- being slammed.
I am going to the Union City Cert tomorrow. I will interview a couple of the guys (Dutch, Pat, Freddy) and get some training gems for you.
Are there any questions in particular that you would like me to ask?
cheers

Joe, my training...
Monday: agility + sprints(up to 300m)
tuesday: 1.sn, 2.C&J, 3.HSPU, 4.chins. 5. WOD in wt room
Wed: sprints (up to 50yds)
th: 1.sn, 2.C&J, 3.BS, 4.wod at track
f: off
sat: 1.sn, 2.C&J, 3.FS, sometimes a wod
sun: off
At first for a moment I thought that it was for real, but then I saw some hints in that it was all a joke. But yeah like Joe said It is better just to actually know what the training regimen is.
Seeing as how so much of the "Crossfit Experience" is hardcore work, I really enjoy the playful aspects of this site. Sevan, you and the team are doing a great job!
Sevan,
Suggested questions:
1. If a fried of yours was entering CFG for the first time, what would your 3 suggestions to them be?
2. If a friend of yours was entering CFG for the second time, after finishing mid-table, what would your 3 suggestions to them be?
3. What was the most common mistake at CFG 2007?

Well, my son moved to California and finally became an actor after 9 years! I love the video, not characteristic of Josh at all! I know how hard he works in and out of the weightroom! Way to go Josh! I love you! Mom
