How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
i try and make healthy choices and eat real food.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I participate in 4-5 wods per week at CFO
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
my daughter and son in law introduced me to crossfit; it has changed my life in the sense that i feel empowered to try things both from an atheletic standpoint as well as personnaly that i would never had tried in the past. i REALLY trust and admire the coaches at my crossfit and know they want me to succeed.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
i try 3 days on with one day off when i can manage my schedule around it.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
completed my "one on one" training in october and started wods in november 2011
