i have played soccer at a international level i enjoy an array of sports that include surfing,athletics, surf life saving,wakeboarding and anything else to keep me busy.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
i train mainly in the afternoon and i rest when i feel like my body needs it

i started crossfit in august 2011 after trying to find something to keep me busy during my soccer off season.
