How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
75% paleo or maybe 60% wait no like 50%; jk... I try!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
Have fun with it, try your best, take a deep breathe and keep going! I currently train at Crossfit Evolve in Fort Collins, great coaches and athletes, they push you til you have your 2nd wind!

I need some crossfit moccassins :) Grew up on the Wind River Reservation, and smashed out WODs with my orignal crew, at Zone Fitness in Fort Washakie Wyoming. Where I was introduced to crossfit, I have never turned back to the traditional gym setting, and don't look at gyms the same. Crossfit is now encoded in my DNA.
