How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, low fat in certain food, organic food. I love popcorn, nuts .
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I'm doing Crossfit 4-5 times a week. I'm also a runner and a triathlete. I'm practicing also my skills and do spinning in a regular gym.

I played basketball when i was in Cegep
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I'll take the Crossfit Level 1 certificate, because i want to teach it to adults and kids.
