I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo most of the time, but I don't get bent out of shape about things like dairy, peanuts, etc.

High school baseball and football, college club baseball and a variety of recreational sports including skiing, baseball and soccer.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

After an entire summer of debating wether or not to give it a shot, I started with my college roommate using the mainsite's wods. I was hooked instantly. Once I moved to Atlanta I began going to affiliates and never turned back. I would love to teach part-time in the future.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
5 days a week, each programed with a strength, skill and metcon portion.
