How I Eat

Paleo most of the time, but I don't get bent out of shape about things like dairy, peanuts, etc.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

I write my own programming

Crossfit Counter Culture (Encinitas, CA) for the better part of the past two years, recently as a part of their contest prep course. Alumnus of Crossfit Nasti (Cincinnati, OH) and Crossfit Atlanta (Atlanta, GA.)

My Athletic Background

High school baseball and football, college club baseball and a variety of recreational sports including skiing, baseball and soccer.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I train other people

After an entire summer of debating wether or not to give it a shot, I started with my college roommate using the mainsite's wods. I was hooked instantly. Once I moved to Atlanta I began going to affiliates and never turned back. I would love to teach part-time in the future.

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

5 days a week, each programed with a strength, skill and metcon portion.
