How I Eat
I eat pretty clean, and measure & track my macronutrients. About 85-90% Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout 5 days a week at my box, M-F 6am. I also add in 2-3 days of strength training at the local Globo Gym.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Highschool baseball, flag football, swimming, biking all recreational.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I eat better, I sleep better, I look and feel better, I'm 40lbs lighter, I'm stronger, I look better shirtless, etc. etc. etc.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Walked into my box CF Diesel on June 4th 2012 for the free class and have been hooked ever since. I'll never forget the feeling of pain, soreness & accomplishment, after my first WOD. I knew that this was what I needed to get my health together. My goal was to be NotFat, now I'm setting new goals.
