How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat pretty clean, and measure & track my macronutrients. About 85-90% Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout 5 days a week at my box, M-F 6am. I also add in 2-3 days of strength training

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Highschool baseball, flag football, swimming, biking all recreational.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I'll never forget the feeling of pain, soreness & accomplishment, after my first WOD. I knew that this was what I needed to get my health together. My goal was to be lose 15-20lbs, after I crushed that goal, I just keep setting new ones.
