How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Depending on the time of the year I am more strict in certain periods.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I work out at Crossfit Plateau 90% of the time, and Crossfit Granby occasionally. I swim once a week where its convenient.

I regularly play recreational sports
I competed in swimming 3 years in highschool and mountain biking 7years at the nationnal level.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I train group classes, I do private training for any types of goals. I program and train Open and Regionnal level athletes for the past year
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I rest whenever I feel the need to.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started as a complementy training for Mountainbiking and changed my dedication to crossfit
