How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Almond butter, Peanut butter, Honey before workout! Eggs, Fruit Smoothie with maca powder and greek yogurt in the morning!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
Monday- Squats Tuesday- Press Wednesday- Deadlift Thursday- Press Friday- Squats WODs that correlate with strength of the day
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
One Year of High School Wrestling. One Year of CrossFit at the middle of 2013 Summer!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Found True Power in my life and stepped away from the High school High Life. Path to Power to find Truth and sever my Lord! He has given me what it takes and ill give it all ive got for him!!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Depends on days activity and previous days workout. Rest on Weekends either Saturday or Sunday or both.
