I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
5 on, 2 off, with skill work or a benchmark WOD on one of the off days. I would work out more if work and commuting schedules fell more in line.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
3 months attending seriously. Before that I was *technically* doing Crossfit, but phoning it in and the numbers show it.
