I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
My main sport was Netball, playing high levels for school teams, State squads and Club. I also played a lot of softball at school. These days I train at Crossfit; I ski or snowboard in the winter; I bike and run in the summer. Constantly keeping active.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Crossfit Whistler - yeah! :) Jordan, Jayde and Rob are great at keeping me in line and pushing me to do my best.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
One or two rest days from Crossfit each week. But other physical activites are done on my rest days - ski/ snowboard/ bike/ run.
