I'm a father of two girls who believes it's important to be an positive example for them. Life is short and crossfit gives me balance, community, and enjoyment on this life long journey. I compete because I enjoy learning new things I was never able to do, getting a new PR or most importantly I enjoy watching others who improve. I love competing every year to mark the improvements and hard work that I did for the past year! It's amazing how every year there's always something that's improved that much better despite injuries or setbacks I'm excited and look forward to just having fun!
