My goal for this open is to just do it and try my best! After giving birth to my son Ace in September, I'm working on getting back into CrossFit shape. All benchmakrks and max lifts are pre pregnancy, and I'm definitely not back there yet. Hoping the open helps me get that baby weight off and motivates me to enjoy the process!

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played Rugby at Penn State Unviversity - 2007 D1 National Champions. Also did swimming, soccer, and field hockey in high school.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started Crossfit at Crossfit LKN in 2011 until it closed. Worked out in my garage gym for a few months and then joined CrossFit Northlake in late December.
