I ruptured my Achilles on January 20, 2014. I am still in a boot and unable to put any weight on my left leg. If I am physically able to perform even a single rep of the OPEN workout, I plan to participate! I started CrossFit in February of 2012 and have been coaching since February of 2013.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Before my recent injury, I was able to work out at my work as well as at the gym. In our basement at work I brought in just about everything I need. I am going to ask them next if I can mount rings!
