Started CrossFit 5/21/11 as an almost 300lbs old guy with one foot in the grave. My life is now...well...don't get me started....
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
Keep as strict as possible. Fight through the occasional eating/drinking mistakes.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Battling fatassedness pretty much all of my life, being in a box is the only thing that has worked for me.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
In the box Monday through Saturday, 2 wods on Tuesday, yoga on Thursday, and usually run a 5K on Sunday.
