I found crossfit while in my senior year of college. I was quickly hooked. It filled the void that was created after I stopped playing collegiate soccer. CrossFit has transformed the way I vied fitness and the aspect of community. Now that I am a box owner with my girlfriend, I cannot be more thankful and happy for the discovering CrossFit.
