My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
5 days of lifting, 2 days of metcon. 2 rest days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
began my journey with crossfit in July 2012, and have grown to really love Olympic weightlifting. It is the best thing that I have ever done for myself.
