How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Strict paleo's for the birds! I need the calories, so I eat often- and a lot! Mostly clean though- not too many burgers or pizza.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I was a gym rat for 10 years. A year before I formally began CrossFit, I started incorporating various metcon elements to my workouts. I did two years of tae kwon do in middle school and I played soccer in 9th and 10 grade. I weighed 145lbs and smoked until I was 21. Then I met my soulmate, Sarah, and she cleaned me up and started feeding me!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I can't get enough of CrossFit. I listen to my body and incorporate wellness into my life, whether it be massage, chiro, meditation, or yoga. And you know I sit in my hot tub six nights a week!
