How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat like a cave man, nothing processed. However, I do cheat. I like peanut butter as a cheat food.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I enjoy working out, heavy lifting and pullups are my favorite. Labor work outs like chopping wood and carrying buckets full of rock are added in. I'm always willing to try movements that are new to me.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was big into football in high school, I did not play college due to a injuryed neck. I played Fullback and tight end so strenght and speed are two things I don't feel I lack. However i wish i would have done track because running is a weakness of mine.
