How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
i eat clean about possible 6x a day during competition season. In off season I get more cheat meals.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
im a certified personal trainer. I'm train by my boss who is a pro inbf bodybuilder/ former marine on isolating muscles on 4-5 days a week, my diet, & cardio condition. Crossfit is a way for me to get back in to my athletic life.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played competitive club volleyball on one of Houston's Top Teams all throughout high school &I got a full volleyball scholarship to the University of Hartford a Division 1 as a OH/L

My goal as a trainer is to be a great example/ mentor and role model in the health and fitness world for all my clients and everyone else I come in contact with.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
i love to workout...it's in my blood. If I don't do a lot I feel like I'm not doing anything to get better. I can't just do one workout a day.
