I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played Voleyball and Waterpolo in high school. I was doing anything for a while before starting at CrossFit. Currently I play Soccer and Golf as recreational sports.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My work schedule is: - 1 workout a day - 2 days in a row, rest one, 2 days in a row (usually, train on Mondays and Tuesdays, rest on Wednesday and train Thrusdays and Fridays); - 3 times a week is the minimum level I try to keep.
