How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat as healthy as possible. NO sodas, NO fast good, and lots of water. Light to no sauce and no sugar. Lots of fruits and add vegetables whenever I can. I eat foods that provides nutritional value that will support my exercise and daily activities.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I workout at CrossFit CSA primarily and I also workout at 24hr Fitness

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Got the first taste in Aug 2012, join CrossFit CSA Jan, 2013 and going strong. This year will be my 2nd CF Open.
