How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Some sandwiches, burgers, burritos. I loosley eat Zone proportions most of the week and Pale-NO on weekends.

Mostly Westside Conjugate training these days with moderate GPP sprinkled in 1-2x per week.

7 years of CF competition at the Team Regional level or higher from 08-14'
