How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I was introduce to paleo diet in december 2011 and since i am eating clean paleo 5 days a week .
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I workout 5 times a week.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I did two body fitness show , 2009, 2010.Before Crossfit i was always wourking out in a gym . I do weight training since 5 years . i practice judo, soccer and basketbell in high school
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I started crossfit early oct 2011 at l'usine crossfit Gatineau . level 1 coach since june 2012. Regional 1st place in 2012 in team Participation to the crossfit game in 2012 team division Competion Sweat Rx indi 2013 1st place Regional team 2013 4th place Regional team 2014 8 th place
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
training 5x a week
