The motivation that drives me to give it all that I have every time that I step into the gym, is my rock and foundation of my life; JESUS CHRIST.. By His grace, he allows me to wake up every day and do something that I love, and I will never take that granted.. He deserves all of the credit for any success that I have had, and any success that I may have in the future. I have fell in love with crossfit, and the competitive aspect that it brings, but it is Christ Jesus that brings me a joy that crossfit could never fulfill.. My desire is to use the abilities that God has given me to further His kingdom, and to proclaim His name to ALL.. God is my strength!! "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
