My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I rowed for one year in college, played softball and field hockey in high school, and was on the country club swim team for years as a kid. But my true passion was precision figure skating. No lie. Ann Arbor Hockettes!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do HIV prevention work for CDC in my spare time so I'm limited in how much time I can spend in the gym... but I have been known to do air squats and push ups in my office.
