How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
i aim toward eating paleo but haven't quite managed to do that all the time. i eat strictly grain.free five days out of the week. i still consume some dairy but try my best to keep it either raw or cultured. i limit my consumption of legumes but still let some in now and then. i like natural, "real" foods.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
i train at norcal crossfit san josé at 400 saratoga avenue. my usual coaches are pat and taz, rusty and laura, and kara.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
i was on the taekwondo team for sparring, forms, and demonstrations at cal (uc berkeley), used to instruct taekwondo, and still manage to practice these days just a little although not as often as i wish i could. i enjoy snowboarding during the snow months in northern california and skateboarding year round.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
i first experienced crossfit at crossfit silicon valley with judd and michaela xavier but am now training at norcal crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
because of the class schedules and my duties as a dad and at my jobs, i usually can only train four days a week, but try to stay active all the time just for fun.
