How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Have done two Paleo Challenges with my gym. 24 LBs down and counting.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
CrossFit Select is my second home, but I have to go early in the morning or I don't get it done. I use WODBOX Pro on Android for WOD records/daily journal etc.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Used to run a lot, but always suffered with the boredom of it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I workout 4 or 5 times per week....one WOD is enough!
