After years of gaining weight and losing confidence, I found CrossFit on ESPN one night while working the stairmaster at a Globo-Gym. After signing up for my first introductory class, I became hooked. Over the last 6-months I have been working with previous Games athletes as part of my goal to compete one day on the big stage, with my friends.
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Getting better and better at following Paleo but still have a long way to go.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Training with athletes better than I am is turning me into a better athlete day after day. I can't imagine doing it without the experienced coaches at Dallas Central who have forgotten more about fitness than I will ever know.
