How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Nothing special. I drink a truck ton of milk. Eat healthy and keep it clean. Unless Its boozin' time. Then we get weird.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
Go until you can't. Quick breath, go again. Unless it hurts, or I start to sweat, then I stop. I don't like to sweat that much.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Played football, basketball, and track. Did not excel in any of those. Like seriously, I was pretty bad at them.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I love the programming at my gym. We could use some more specialty classes though. Like just oly lifts or zumba.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
