How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
90% Paleo with lots of Dairy, eat as much as I feel like
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I like to mix things up. I follow Matt K's programming at Crossfit Unmatched, some Oly lifting programming from another coach, and write some of my own strength programming. I never get stuck too much on one thing. Try to vary it up as much as possible, but most importantly HAVE FUN!

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
Usually work out atleast once in the morning 4-5x a week. On top of that I add in lifting sessions at least 2x a week in the afternoon.
