Have been involved in the sport of Fitness for quite a few years now. Follow programming provided by Rob at RAW Strength and Conditioning and have done so for the past two years. Ambassador for Technique Strength and Fitness and Bag Snatch. Co-Owner of Raw Edge CrossFit in Perth, Western Australia with my wife Samantha and we are lucky enough to have the best group of people training under the REX banner. The REX community continues to grow with the growth of CrossFit in Australia and Western Australia and we are just enjoying the journey.
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Eased up a bit on the strict eating. Now its about getting enough in to fuel the body.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
Have been doing the programming from the start for myself, the box and individual athletes.

CrossFit is pretty much my sole sport now.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

Haven't looked back since starting CrossFit. Always looking to learn more and better myself so I can better my athletes.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Have found the work / life / CrossFit balance.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Apparently it is a rest year next year!!
