How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I also row (indoors and on the water) throughout the year at the Indianapolis Rowing Center.

I played youth or high school level sports

2008 Olympic Rower - elite rower that began training in 2003 and then with the US Rowing Team from 2004-2011. Three time World Cup medalist - 2005 (bronze in the quad - Munich), 2008 (silver in the quad - Lucerne), 2009 (silver in the quad - Lucerne).
