I opened the 1st CrossFit box in South Africa - 2008. Since 2009 I took podium at the Africa Regionals, 2 x I took 1st place. The competition is getting better and better and now competing as a Master athlete I still need to step up my game to get better and stronger. Being able to move the way I do is all honor to God that gave me the ability to do what I do best and all I can do now, is do my best to give Him all the Glory and Honor. My trust is in my Lord that strengthens me.
