Started at 300 pounds, pre-diabetic, bad health overall; now I'm at 240 and still losing, blood levels are healthier than the "average" person and more fit than I've been in a long time. I started CrossFit in March 2012, started doing it 5 times a week in June 2012 and haven't looked back since!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'd say it's 90% paleo but it's new to me and thus, always evolving.
