Was once more than 300 pounds, pre-diabetic, bad health overall; now I'm at 215, blood levels are healthier than the "average" person and more fit than I've been in a long time. I first tried CrossFit in March 2012 and committed to it in June 2012. My passion for it blossomed into a business and I'm now a proud co-owner of Acuo CrossFit in Redmond, WA!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'd say it's 80% paleo but it's always evolving.
