I am a retired collegiate track and cross country athlete, who found a new home for my love of teamwork and competitive nature at crossfit. I have been training for the past two years at Stay Strong Crossfit.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I grew up playing soccer, softball and running cross country. I eventually went on to run Varsity College Track and Cross Country at Division 2 University.
