I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Played all sports while in High School, excelled in hurdles and most track events
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Started Crossfit while serving in US Army, then continued after I retired from military.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
2 on, 1 off, schedule
