I'm currently a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at Monster CrossFit in Lancaster, California. I just recently started an internship there and so far I'm loving the experience. In my career life I'm on Active Duty in USAF and in the process of retraining into special operations as a Combat Controller. In my personal life I pretty much spend my time thinking about training and go on an occasional hike with my dog, Bella.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow the CrossFit prescription of a quality diet which consists of meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starches and no sugar. I admit I have a sugar addiction. I'm 2 weeks sugar free. But that could change any minute....
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I run three times a week, swim 3 times a week and I follow my coach's programming 5 days a week. From time to time I add some strength training and technique work.
