I'm currently a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at Monster CrossFit in Lancaster, California. In my career life I'm on Active Duty in USAF and in the process of retraining into special operations as a Combat Controller. In my personal life I pretty much spend my time thinking about training and go on an occasional hike with my dog, Bella.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow the CrossFit prescription of a quality diet which consists of meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starches and no sugar. I admit I have a sugar addiction.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I train/coach at Monster CossFit in Lancaster, California. I'm also an avid runner and swimmer. I'm currently on Active Duty in the USAF in the process of retraining my job classification into Special Operations.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was a basketball player and skateboarder in high school. Since then I've fallen in love with running, swimming and of course CrossFit.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I'm a level 1 trainer at Monster CrossFit in Lancaster, California.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFitting about 3 years ago. I didn't really take it seriously until the summer of 2011, though.
