How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo was good for a bit but I was starting to lose steam towards the end of the day so I started eating better quality oats and grains again and it has made all the difference, along with good sleep when I get it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
On days with more than one wod not every workout gets done at the box, some get done at work or at home.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Ran Track and Cross Country, Wrestled and snowboarded in high school. Still active with Snowboarding, surfing, Mtn Biking and Crossfit these days.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Now days its more like 2WODS/Week
