I usually only do 1 workout a day
I am quite athletic guy, so when opportunity presents itself then I push myself.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I went for the basic course at Reebok Crossfit Reykjavik in 2011 autumn. Performing in consistent level has been issue because of back complications.
