CrossFit has literally changed my life. I would not be where I am today -- physically, mentally, emotionally -- without the program. I was president of Panther CrossFit, a student-run organization at the University of Pittsburgh during my junior and senior years. I've experienced setbacks as well as leaps forward in this crazy thing they call life and, as a great man once said, "still the best is yet to come."
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I take notes from paleo, but I will never label myself as strict anything.
