My name is Dave, I used to be in the army as a gunner in artillery and decided that wasn't for me after my 4 year contract and got into personal training. I have fought in boxing, muay Thai and mma and now I am a boxing trainer. I love the challenge of crossfit and hope to take it pretty serious this year and see where I get.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat very close to paleo Monday to Friday but let loose a bit on the weekends.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I train at crossfit frankston but also work at a boxing gym so I do some WOD's there and also boxing/kick boxing training.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played a variety of sports growing up but mainly AFL and always boxing training. I have fought 4 times, 2 Muay Thai, 1 MMA, and 1 Boxing.
