I started CrossFitting in 2009 after suffering from a non-specific cardiac event (false heart attack). I knew that going to a traditional gym I was not getting enough of the 'right type' of cardiovascular exercise. CrossFit gives me that and more, so now I give back by coaching other masters athletes, kids and teens. It is an absolutely beautiful thing to see people from all walks of life, from different age groups improve their physical and more importantly mental conditioning.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
